The route starts from Levio-Terme and goes to Caldonazzo, and then along a small road to San Nicolo. From there it goes along a very winding road to Carbonare. There turn right over the Passo di Sommo until shortly before Folgaria.
Then left to Passo Coe and further on to Tonezza del Cimone - lonely but beautiful! Continue on the SP83 to Arsiero and then on the SP81 to Passo Borcola (also a little treat). Continue on SP138 to Piazza, then on SP2 towards Rovereto. Before that turn left to Passo Pian delle Fugazze (an ingenious motorcycle track!!!) and to Valli del Pasubio. There turn right to Passo Xon and Recoaro Terme. From there about 7 km to the south until a fork to the right, which you follow towards Castelveccio. Continue steeply uphill to Marana and from there equally steeply downhill to Crespadoro. Then again steeply uphill to Bolca and S. Bortolo. The next stopover is Selva di Progno. In the direction of Bosco you go to Velo Varese. After Bosco it is not far to Passo Fittanze. The road down towards Ala has a gradient of more than 20% and offers wonderful views of the Adige Valley.
At the bottom, turn left and follow the signs for Sabbionara and Avio. After Avio turn right again (small brown sign "Monte Baldo"). A dreamlike beautiful stretch of road! At first about 10 km on a relatively wide road uphill with lots of bends. Then to the left - narrower and even steeper - another 7 km uphill. At the top of the right-of-way sign turn right and after another 3 km you will reach the Bocca di Navene. On a clear day you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains, and the narrow road continues to Brentonicio and then widens to Mori. There it turns left and after 3.5 kilometers right again to Ronzo-Chienis. Continue over the Passo Bordala and then - keeping left - towards Lago di Cei. At the end of this road (junction with SP 25) turn left. Continue along this road until you reach Monto Bondone. Keep right at the top and follow the road towards Trento (later keep right). Then continue until Trento. Go straight on at the first roundabout. Then cross the Adige river and keep right. Follow the SS 12 for a few kilometres until the turn-off for Caldonazzo (left). Then return to Levico Terme.
